These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxScout, operated by InboxScout ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
InboxScout is an AI-powered inbox management tool for content creators. It scans your connected email accounts, identifies brand deal opportunities, organizes your inbox into folders, and helps you respond to opportunities. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and is currently in beta.
InboxScout currently offers paid founding-member access ahead of full beta availability. This section governs founding-member subscriptions and applies in addition to the rest of these Terms. If anything in this section conflicts with a general provision elsewhere in these Terms, this section controls for founding members.
A founding member is someone who purchases a subscription during the pre-launch period — before beta access has opened. In exchange for committing early, founding members receive a standing discount off the then-current list price for their plan, which continues for as long as the subscription remains active without a lapse. This is a percentage discount, not a fixed dollar amount, so it moves with future list-price changes. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the founding-member discount does not automatically carry over to a new subscription started later.
By purchasing founding-member access, you acknowledge and agree that:
Refund terms for the founding-member period — including the refund window and how launch delays are handled — are set out in full in Section 7 (Payments & Subscriptions), and apply to founding members without modification here. We describe them in one place, rather than repeating them, so the two sections cannot fall out of sync.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@inboxscout.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
By connecting an email account, you authorize InboxScout to access, read, and organize your email on your behalf. We access your email solely to provide the service. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account in Settings or by deleting your InboxScout account.
You agree not to:
InboxScout uses AI to categorize emails and draft reply suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any replies before they are sent. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI categorization or the appropriateness of AI-drafted replies.
Founding-member pricing. InboxScout currently offers a single founding-member plan, billed either monthly or annually. The plan carries a standing discount off the then-current list price, for as long as your subscription remains active without a lapse. This is a percentage discount, not a fixed dollar amount, so it moves with future list-price changes. Current pricing and the discount amount are shown at checkout before you pay.
When billing starts. If you purchase founding-member access, billing begins immediately at signup — before beta access opens. This is a pre-launch reservation of a founding-member spot, not a purchase of a fully operational product.
Founding-member refund window. Because you are paying ahead of beta access, we give you a full-refund window that is designed to guarantee you a real look at the working product before your money is committed. You may request a full refund of amounts already paid within 14 days of your purchase, or within 14 days of the date your beta access opens — whichever is later. This means that even if your beta access opens well after you pay, you still get at least 14 days with the actual service to decide whether it's right for you. To request a refund, contact us at hello@inboxscout.app.
After the refund window. Once that window closes, amounts already paid are non-refundable. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing (see below).
Cancellation and ongoing subscriptions. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for the current billing period, for partial months, or for the unused portion of an annual subscription. Annual plans are prepaid for the full year; cancelling an annual plan stops the next year's renewal but does not refund the current year.
If launch is significantly delayed. If InboxScout has not opened your beta access within a reasonable time after your purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund of amounts paid, regardless of the refund window above. If you choose to stay enrolled instead, your founding-member rate and discount are preserved regardless of the delay.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
